Thinking Wisdom

“Thinking wisdom” gives me a place on this site to put articles and essays touching a variety of contemporary topics in which I try to identify where ideas, principles, and norms of the historic wisdom tradition are, or would be, key to building more cooperatively peaceable situations.

While some of the writing, here, will address issues of wisdom in international relations and foreign policy, many other pieces will focus on other areas of contemporary life where my work has taken me and where I have thought that the agency of wisdom was overlooked but could make a significant contribution were it included.
